Bleah, my family didn't like this at all! I even served it with bow tie pasta. The biggest complaint was there was too much spinach which had over cooked in the 30 minutes in the oven. It MIGHT be better with fresh spinach instead. Even with that slight change, the sauce was overly thick and entirely too rich. My family asked me not to make it again.

ok so I didn't like this recipe, but my better half loved it. So this one is a tossup. Not sure if your suppose to eat this by itself or not. I didn't like the whole texture of it, flavor was ok. I really should have cut this recipe in half before I made it because it makes way more than anyone could eat in a week.

I altered the dish to the things I had at home. Instead of white wine I used a little chicken stock and I left out the curry completely. I also didn't have sour cream so I used half real mayo and half miracle whip for a little tang. I didn't have lemon either, but if I make it again I would definitely add some lemon juice to help cut the richness. It came out really good for how much I changed it and for it being the first time I've ever made it! :

Everyone in the family including the children liked this recipe. I will cut back on the curry next time. They ate it up! I would serve it with the white table wine.

I love this recipe! I actually use boneless, skinless chicken thighs and breast tenderloins. I also add egg noodles to make it more of a casserole.

This dish is awesome, but Ive had to alter it a little. There is a little too much sauce and if you dont let it set for a long time before you bake it, all the sauce stays on top. I mixed a little of the sauce with the chicken then mixed some of it in with the spinach. That way the flavor is in the entire casserole. I usually have alot of sauce left over when Im finished. This recipe is great for dinner at home, pot lucks, taking to friends in bereavement or mom's that have just had a baby!

Love this recipe! Its enough to fill two casserole dishes and freeze one for later......great for a lower carb meal. I used cream of chicken soup instead .....and Panko bread crumbs. Its a keeper for sure !
