Like others, I made a few changes to this recipe and it has become a favorite of my husband's who is not a "casserole guy." I used fresh spinich which I steamed in advance. I sauteed onion and garlic and mushrooms, then used the white wine to deglaze the pan. I substituted cream of chicken soup and I also used the grilled chicken breast strips, and used low fat mayo and fat free sour cream to lighten it up a bit. Bread crumb topping was mixed with extra virgin olive oil to cut back on the fat as well....seved it all on top of whole wheat fettuccine and it has become a family favorite.

Used the pre-cooked chicken strips (grilled in recipe and it was great. Held off on doing the cheese and butter on the top until half way thru. Everyone loved it and it heated up for leftovers great the following day. Good dish to keep in fridge for teenagers who want a hearty snack when they come home hungry

This recipe was extremely easy, but definitely not fast - shredding the chicken took a lonnnng time. I used all reduced fat versions of mayo, sour cream, etc, but 2% for the cheese, and left the butter on the top off...and it was still delicious. Mine did not stand up either as Paula's did on the show, but it was still delicious. It froze beautifully and tasted just as good the second time around as it did when it was fresh out of the oven. Thanks Paula!

This was terrible. My husband thought it was ok, but it almost made me throw up.
Followed the recipe to a tee. I don't think that the mayo, lemon, mushroom soup and wine go well together. Will never make anything like this again

This is an easy and tasty dish - I must confess I did feel guilty using the "full fat" versions of the mayo, soup and sour cream! I was able to halve this dish and got four meals out of it.
I will try it with low fat versions next time - and there will be a next time for this recipe!!

If I didn't know any better I would have sworn it was fish. I left out the wine because it can have a different taste. The taste was very bad. Would definitely not make this again.

Following the instructions, flavor and texture not very good. Curry flavor not very pronounced in a casserole that large. Poor from flavor and thickness (doesn't hold together standpoint. I would not recommend this recipe.

I doubled the recipe, and served it at a luncheon yesterday afternoon. Everyone raved about it and wanted the recipe.
Most difficult for me -- longest prep that is -- was shredding the chicken. Well worth it.
