I prepared this recipe for a Sunday dinner except I stuffed it in pasta shells than baked it and served a light marinara sauce on the side optional. The family loved it.

It looks good. I'd have to lighten it up with lower fat ingredients. It would be too heavy for me and my stomach.

cut in 1/2 perfect for four. We all thought it was great! I was worried there was no rice or noodles, but it was perfect. Did not cut the curry quite in 1/2. Used kosher salt and cracked pepper.

This dish was enjoyed by my entire family. It was a little time consuming to shred the chicken but well worth it. To cut some calories, I used lowfat cheese, and lowfat mushroom soup. I also used Paula's suggestion of more lemon juice instead of the wine. I used regular sour cream but you can cut the calories there too...I just detest fat free sour cream...LOL.

This casserole is AMAZING and so easy to make! I have a 16 month old, so I don't have a lot of time to cook. And I am always looking for good casserole dishes that I can make during the weekend and have leftovers during the week. This one is perfect. It is so rich a delicious, and it tastes very fancy! I had never used curry or had curry before, and now I can't get enough! I loved this dish, my husband loved it, and my baby girl, Savannah, was begging for more!!! I will make this over and over again!!! Thank you Paula Deen!!!!

Made this tonight for dinner, and it was tasty. Had it with cranberry sauce on the side. Will make again. Thanks Paula!
