This recipe was very easy. I thought my children would turn their noses up because of the spinach but they all loved it. My husband was leaving to go out of town and I wanted to fix something special...well it worked. He called me hours later to tell me how wonderful the meal was and how much he appreciated me going to all that trouble for him. He doesn't brag much, but he did this time! Thank you Paula! I knew it would be good if you made it!!

I don't recall ever having chicken florentine, but this one had my kids asking for more so I guess it's good. I didn't have curry powder on hand so I substituted with paprika. I also used fresh spinach and chopped it up. I boiled my own chicken breast, and cut up some bread for the bread crumbs. I'll make more for sure.

I saw this recipe on Paula's show and decided to try it because it looked so good. I made a few changes: I used a store bought rotiserre chicken and cut back on the amount of mayo & sour cream by about 1/3. I used reduced fat sour cream and cream of mushroom soup and light mayo. I also used reduced fat cheese. I also sprinkled a little red pepper in to give it a boost. Believe it or not it was still rich enough and very good. This is a good basic recipe to keep around when you don't know what to cook.

Quick, easy & delecious! This recipe is fantastic. Everyone loved it. Even my super picky 5 year old, ate every bite. Spinach & all!
This is a must have recipe for everyone!

I LOVE THE RECIPE BUT I MADE A FEW CHANGES. I USE A PRECOOKED CHICKEN FROM THE STORE, USE CHICKEN STOCK FOR THE WHITE WINE AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY CURRY SO I USE A DASH OF GARLIC POWDER AND ONION POWDER THE DISH WAS GREAT CAN'T WAIT TO MAKE IT AGAIN.

This recipe leaves much to be desired. It tastes sour, salty and soupy. I followed the recipe exactly but it was truly awful to taste. I was embarrassed to serve this to my guests and had to make a quick replacement.

My husband is not a "casserole" guy, but he loved this recipe so much, we have eaten it twice in the past week. I added a little lemon zest with the juice.

This was a good recipe with great flavor, but too much creaminess, not enough substance.
From another viewers comment, I halved the recipe and it does make a lot for 2 people. The next day, I served it over a cooked elbow macaroni, then sprinkled diced green onions on top. It was a bit more satisfying.
I would definitely make it again, adding some onion that I would saute in a little butter first, then add some cooked elbow macaroni to the dish before baking it.
Loved the topping, overall a good dish.
