    This was a great recipe. It makes alot, so I made two casseroles out of it and gave a casserole to someone as a thank you. It would be great served with rice or wild rice, and also a side of sweet potatoes or carrots. Enjoy!

    I usually like Paula's recipes, but this one is only fair at best. My husband and I agree that this was a flop. Maybe it's the mayo in the recipe. I don't know, but it just has a funny flavor to it.

    This recipe is awesome. So simple and quick. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of the bone-in and poached them for 20 minutes. I will definately be making this again but with a little more curry.

    This was simple yet flavorful. The only change I did was use the shredded italian cheese instead of the cheddar..I also made the cornbread..added some fresh corn..Great meal!

    I learned this recipe in 8th grade home ec in 1974, but we used cooked broccoli instead of spinach. It's still one of my favorites.
