My family loved this dish. The wine and the curry give it a "not your average casserole" flavor. I don't understand the negative reviews. It had a great consistency. I substituted a roasted chicken from the grocery store and followed the rest of the recipe. Great as leftovers -- it does make a lot for a family of three.

I absolutely love curry flavored anything, so I decided to try this recipe and it was a big success. I do serve the florentine over some type of pasta. The only thing my husband changed was substituting cream of chicken soup for the mayo... he just didn't like the mayo w/sour cream combination. We are always looking for new chicken recipes and this one is a hit!

My husband and I agreed....the dish is very tasty (rich but we felt that it was kind of "soupy", and therefore would make an AWESOME topping (sauce for egg noodles or on a bed of rice. Not for the diet-conscious, for sure! It does not "present" well, meaning I would've been embarrassed to serve this to guests, it just ain't purty! Final comment....make it for the family and serve over noodles, rice, or even a few spoonfuls over a baked potato would be awesome.

I'm with the previous reviewer, the negative reviews really are crazy. Although I made some substitutes as most of us do, the result was still a great weeknight meal. I used rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup and panko bread crumbs. What a great way to get some spinach in your diet!

I read the reviews before making this dish and I think you negative people are crazy!!! Maybe you all should learn how to follow directions or learn how to cook! My husband raved about this dish! By itself it would be a little rich, so I served it over egg noddles and it was awesome! It was not runny at all, it set up perfectly! I will totally suggest this recipe to my friends and family! Thanks Paula you did it again!

My family loved this, even the grandkids! Throw a salad and rolls with it and it's perfect for after work when you don't have a lot of time before Soccer and Chearleading practices! I like to fix it the night before put it in the frig and pop it in the oven when we all get home.

I couldn't get past the fattiness saturating the whole thing. C'mon- 2 cans of condensed cream soup, a cup of mayo, a cup of sour cream, 2 cups of cheddar, half cup of parmesan- Paula always seems to get her taste from burying everything in dairy fat. Enough already.

Delicious!!! I've made this dish several times and someone always asks for the recipe. It serves 8 - 10 people and is an excellent dish for a family gathering!! The curry is such a nice compliment to the dish. Thanks Paula for another winning recipe!!!

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe after reading the reviews, but I saw a rerun of Paula's show, and it looked too good to pass up. I was pleasantly surprised! Only switch I made was use Panko bread crumbs because I love the crunch! Don't be afraid to give this one a try because of the reviews, especially if you are a casserole lover. Love it!!!
