This was the nastiest thing I've ever eaten!!! I was so excited to make it for my family because it looked delicious on TV but once I took that first bite I was disgusted and about threw it right back up. I am forever scarred by this dish and will never trust Food Network again to get recipes......

This casserole was a big disappointment! It looked so good on TV, that I immediately went to store for ingredients. The only change I made was the addition of portabello mushrooms, otherwise went exactly by the recipe, concerned there was no binder such as an egg. It looked bubbly, tasted okay, but even after allowing it to cool did not set up as a casserole and looked sloppy when serving. Besides cutting back the soup, I would use panko crumbs mixed with butter and cheddar for crisp without the bitter of parmesan. There was no mention of serving this "over" anything. I may make again with changes but this one was an expensive throw out I couldn't save.

I knew this was a hit when after his second bite my husband asked if there would be any leftovers. I made a half batch and added sauted sliced portobello mushrooms. It did not need to be served over rice or pasta. I simply added a side of fresh confetti corn, but carrots would look nice also. Thank you Paula for another family favorite!

This recipe is AWESOME! I usually serve it over egg noodles. Also, sometimes, depending on what I have in the freezer, I use one box of spinach and one of broccoli. I have made it with all broccoli and that is delicious too.

This was so gross. Did I miss something? Was it supposed to be served over pasta? We couldn't eat it plain, it's very rich and needs to be served over pasta or rice.

I'm not a big fan of curry and after the first bite, I wrapped up the rest and gave it away. If you don't like curry or are only fond of it, DO NOT EAT THIS DISH!! Very strong curry taste, smell, it overtook the entire dish. I'll make it again with NO curry and use garlic! I'll also add more mushrooms.
