followed the recipe exactly and served it over elbow macaroni (mixed it all together in my bowl before eating...thought it was great...
my husband gobbled it up and is pretty picky....he loves mac and cheese and this ended up being a variation on mac and cheese with the elbow mac.
so glad i have the other half in the freezer :

This dish was kind of dissapointing. We ended up eating it as a dip with tortilla chips instead of as a casserole. Maybe next time I will use cream of chicken instead of mushrooms and sub cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs to give a little texture.

I loved this recipe and it was so easy. I follow a low carb diet so I traded chicken broth for the wine and left off the breadcrumbs and it turned out great. I love the combination of the lemon juice and curry powder. You definitely don't have to eat very much before it fills you up!

This is really good and the whole family enjoyed it. I only use one cup of sharp cheddar and replaced half the chicken with a pound of cooked pasta for a one pot meal. For those that thought it too bland, try good fresh curry, not stuff that has been in the cabinet since 1999. Also, I used reduced fat cheese, sour cream and soup, but real mayo. Lower fat mayo or sandwich spreads just don't taste right in cooking.

I made this for the first time and LOVED it! I did not use the curry, though -- wasn't too sure that I would like the curry taste, as I had never ate it before. But followed everything else to a "t" ..... will be making again -- soon! My 3 year old picky eater son, even ate it and LOVED it! He didn't know what the green stuff in it was, though! ha! Thank you, Paula, for another great recipe!

I thought this recipe turned out a little bland. It also feels like it's missing something to me. I watched Paula make it on her show, and she serves it with rice. I think this dish would have been a lot more successful if I had done that also, but the recipe omitts that part. Paired with rice or pasta this dish could be a winner, on its own it's only so-so.

This is such a yummy recipe! I saw comments that recommend putting less curry in there and that is a good idea because when I made it all I could taste was curry, however it is very tasty and should be served over bow tie pasta..yum :

This dish wasn't horrible, but it's not worth making again. It's really high in calories and turns out more like a dip than an entree. I really don't understand why every Paula Deen recipe has mayo in it. Sometimes it's okay to cook without it! Also, while I really like the flavor of curry, it was out of place in this recipe. I wouldn't waste the time and calories on this again.

I have never made a recipe by Paula that we haven't liked until this one. Not enough flavor-we threw away the leftovers. It sure sounded good on TV but I won't make it again. Sorry, Paula. I'm trying your spinach stuffed zucchini tonite!
