This is not only great with chicken but also with pork chops. Making it with chops tonight! This recipe is a staple at our home.

This is very basic and needs doctoring, for sure. If not, all you have is sauted mushroom flavor. I added garlic and next time I will add white wine to the shallots and mushrooms. I will also choose a stronger cheese because mozzarella gets completely overpowered by mushrooms.

WE ARE ADDICTED! You have to dunk bread in the pan just as Paula does on the show! FANTASTIC!

I don't normally write reviews but I can tell the world that out of the over 1 million chicken recipes available to us this is without a doubt the most delicious and easy recipe for chicken I have ever tasted or made. Thank you Paula for sharing this one with all of us. I give it triple five stars.

LOVED it, and so easy, but Paula showed she was dunking crusy bread in the juice and the recipe did not call for any liquid. I added about 1/4 cup of water YummO - Oh and I used portobella mushrooms by mistake, Great choice! I am a star

Wonderful!! I absolutely loved this recipe. My sister-in-law was actually the one that showed it to me and I'm so glad she did.

I love this recipe! Due to the ridiculous price of boneless skinless chicken breast, I used the breast tenderloins that were on sale. I love that the entire dish only cost about $10 to make and only took about 30 min total. I increased the shallots and mushrooms for a little extra sauce. I am considering trying Swiss cheese next time...and I was immediately informed that I would be making this dish again soon.

WOW! This was REALLY good! Looking for a recipe that was easy for chicken breasts. First words after the first taste? OH GOD! This is GOOD chicken! MMMMMM this is the best chicken ever! I didnt have any shallots so I used minced garlic instead and it was OH SO GOOD! Paired it with angel hair pasta and dinner was served!
