    I found this recapie amazing because it is both so simple and so good. But, Paula, did you say a half stick? It needs a whole stick! I topped it with chevre with basil and garlic.

    This dish made my mouth water through the tv screen. My kids and husband love this meal. I make this meal as much as I make fried chicken and macaroini and cheese. I followed the recipe to the T and it turned out GREAT!!!

    Incredible combination of tastes and the aroma is to die for! Simple prep and marvelous results-did I mention I LOVE this recipe? Of course this is not because I am a Birmingham gal...; Ah Paula, you've outdone yourself!

    hands down the best chicken recipe i ever made.i discovered the day i went to make it that the wife had thrown away the shredded mozzerella so i used the shredded monterey jack instead....try it with monterey trust me ! !

    This is such a great dish! My family loves it. So easy to make. We do add a little more cheese and mushrooms then called for but its really one of our favorites!
