I love your shows! My family and I enjoy watching them as well as getting ideas for meals. When I saw you make this, I knew I would be trying it. I followed your recipe and it was so easy. My family and I loved it!! We even tried dipping our bread in the buttery cheese drippings! Oh my goodness!! It is now a family favorite! It is requested quite frequently! Thank you for all the wonderful recipes that you have shared over the years!!

My family enjoyed the dish also. Flattening out chicken helps. I also added low sodium chicken broth for more juice and served it over minute rice. Next time will try serving it over brown rice. Thanks, Paula!!

I liked this recipe. It was simple and easy. I did add extra mushrooms at the beginning and a little white wine at the very end just to make some more sauce. The taste was good, but not remarkable. I served it with Giada's mushroom risotto which was a fantastic backdrop - it may have even taken away from the 'main star'. The chicken was a little tough. Next time I will flatten it out a bit and not cook as long.

As the title says, I don't usually use Paula's recipes but I tried this one out because I was looking for a chicken-mushroom non marsala dish. It was so simple I figured I'd give it a shot and I am glad I did. Great flavor, and believe it or not the butter, mushrooms, and shallots alone make a nice sauce (I only expected sauteed veggies. Just make sure you season the chicken breasts as well.

I thought this was pretty good, very easy to make, but not that memorable or distinctive from some of Paula's other chicken dishes. I am in love with her Southern Fried chicken and her Sweet Bacon Chicken wraps. All in all, I would say this was a pretty tasty dish, but not one of her most awesome chicken dishes.

Delicious simplicity!!! Thank you Paula. This is a home run. I borrowed an idea from one of the other ratings and made a mushroom risotto with it. My husband just got home from a long business trip and was thrilled to have this for his dinner. It is now entered on our menu rotation. Thanks a million!!!

Made this simple delicious treat last night for dinner and it was great. I went a bit heavier on the mushrooms and it turned out absolutely perfect. Thanks Paula for making great food delicious and easy to prepare.

I now have made this recipe two times, my husband and I love the flavor. The only thing I did different was to add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of white wine with the shallots and butter. It is fantastic. Way to go Paula, you are my favorite cook!
