    Quick, easy and DELICIOUS. This is one of our families favorite recipes. I fixed it last week with some mushroom risotto - talk about comfort food. Paula my husband thanks you from the bottom of his stomach :

    This is a great recipe. The cheese compliments the chicken very well. I followed the advise of another review and added more mushrooms and shallots and I'm sure Paula didn't mind that I added a little more better. I think I kicked it up a notch by using smoked mozzarella cheese though. It was sooooooo gooooood.

    We loved this recipe! Very easy and tasty. I'll add more mushrooms and a little more shallots next time just to have more sauce. Wouldn't change a thing. I have several of Paula's cooking items now and like them all. Thanks!

    This recipe was amazing! The only thing I would do differently is add more mushrooms! Otherwise Paula did awsome with this one!
