Made these nuggets for a football party. They were gobbled up by everyone. Di[p was great too. Added dijon mustard to dip for more kick. So easy
    Will make again

Made the recipe exactly as stated except I had no horseradish in the fridge and I had purchased boneless, skinless thighs. They were amazing. I was a little concerned about the thighs, but I will be making them exactly this way for my freezer cooking co-op. They were really, really moist because they were thighs. Fabulous! My 4 year old said she didn't like these kind of nuggets when she saw them. I told her to eat them anyway. 5 minutes later she yells from the other room.. "Thank you for the chicken nuggets, Mom!!" Yum.

The honey mustard sauce was fabulous! I gave it 4 stars because I used the sauce with another recipe and have not tried the chicken, but I'm sure the chicken is as fabulous as the sauce. You make me look like a good cook Paula!

Fabulous! Thank you Paula! Cooked the chicken for 18 minutes then stuck them under the broiler for several minutes to get them a nice golden brown. The honey mustard sauce was out of this world! A keeper in my house!

Made these nuggets for my wife and finicky three boys. 4 thumbs up and one thumb down from my son that hates all chicken. I have a request from my youngest to make this for his Birthday dinner.

I seasoned the chicken a bit more prior to the egg and chip crumbs. Thanks to the reviewer before that mentioned it. Quick broil to finish.

    Thanks Paula.

These are just AMAZING! My fiancé begs for these. They taste just as good as fried chicken fingers! Not to mention they are SUPER easy! I think I might try them next with mesquite bar-b-que chips!

I've made this recipe multiple times and really like it! (I've made the honey mustard countless times... my go-to honey mustard recipe. Most of the time, I leave out the OJ, only because I don't have any, and it's still wonderful! With one pound of chicken, my husband, 8-year old stepdaughter, and I can devour the entire recipe. We don't taste the sour cream and onion taste, but I think that's the point. Those chips just give a tasty, not-too-unhealthy breading to the chicken. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is the fact that they aren't too fabulous reheated the next day as leftovers, so eat up the same night you make them! Other than that, just a great, easy recipe!
