I made these tonight & they were so easy to make. I just tossed the chips in my food processor to get them crumb size & I decided to add in Panko crumbs (I wasn't sure how crunchy the chips would be alone. I decided to just use ranch dressing & they were great!

I followed the recipe as described, except with much less butter and I broiled the nuggets for the last ~1min to give them a little color and crunch.

To complete the meal, I toasted some english muffins and steamed some frozen spinach. Put nuggets/spinach on a muffin piece, drizzled with the honey mustard...ABSOLUTELY delicious, and so so easy to prepare a fairly complete meal that is not particularly unhealthy.

    Suggestions:

    1. Pour melted butter into chip mixture to help them stick to chips.
    2. Skewer the chicken and then roll em around on the chips to coat - improves the presentation and is easy.

These weren't the best tasting chicken nuggets ever, but they were definitely good and easy! My kids liked them, they didn't require a whole lot of time or ingredients. Definitely a keeper recipe.

These were GROWN UP nuggets...and they tasted wonderful! And I would agree that they tasted even better LATER. Please prepare the dipping sauce first so it can settle and the flavors can mesh...it tasted better later also, than when it was initially prepared. Great recipe!

Although the nuggets took a little longer than 18 minutes to get cripsy and gollden, my wife thought they were great. I think I would rather use a sweet and sour dipping sauce instead of the Honey mustard sauce next time.

I am not a sour n cream chip kinda of guy. When I first read the recipe I was hesitant but I made it for my children who eat store bought nuggest all the time. It is a very easy recipe for anyone to make. So anyhow, I made the nuggets per the instructions and they turned out incredible. I am still tickled how good they were. My wife and I just kept looking at each other moaning as we threw more into our mouths. The honey mustard sauce is a must and makes the dish, at least for us. I had to add a little more mayo at the end as it was kinda too runny. Definitely making this again!

The first time I made these I followed the recipe to a T. We thought they were amazing!!!! The second time I made them, it was late and I was out of milk and did not want to run to the store. So, I made an extra batch of the honey mustard sauce and dipped the chicken in it first and them rolled them in the chips. The chips stick better the chicken because the mustard is thick. We thought it was much better this time!! My 18 month old nephews kept saying "More, More, More"! Also I baked them in the oven on my pampered chef stone pan and they get so crispy!!!

I made the nuggets on Friday and I had leftovers for Saturday and I am having what left for lunch today. I do not really care for chicken reheated but these were great. I thought I crushed my potato chips really good but I end up using more chips than what the receipe called for. It was either that or I made my nuggets too large. The dipping sauce was great and I added a little cayene pepper.

These were so easy and soooooo good. I love the honey mustard dipping sauce and I dont even like mustard!!!!! They turn our best cooked on a rack so they are crisper. The dipping sauce is also really good on a ham sandwich.
