I didn't know how these would turn out, so I remained doubtful while I was preparing these. I followed the recipe exactly, and I was so happy with the results. I didnt measure out the two tablespoons of milk, I just splashed it in there. the chicken did not taste like chips were coating them, it just tasted like really good breading!! wow!

I've made thes twice, both times they were really good. The second time I added some seasoning to the chicken to add a little more flavor.

I made these for my daughter's birthday get-together. My family is quite large and some of us love to come up with new recipes to introduce. I was in the kitchen finishing other food and was brought in one piece of this chicken recipe with the instructions "you better it this one or your out". She wasn't kidding they were all gone within a few minutes. Definitely make a double batch would be the only thing you will have to alter on this recipe. As always you can't go to wrong trying one of Paula Deen's recipes on people for the first time. No trial run needed!

If you plan on making this recipe, do it a day in advance because the second day these are phenomenal little bits of potato pancake tasting chicken bits. I use ranch dressing with them.

I thought these would be a huge hit ... but I was a little disappointed. I thought the nuggets were bland and lacking flavor so thank goodness for the super yummy honey mustard sauce. I didn't have yellow mustard so I substitued brown mustard and it was still great.

This was so friggin' insanely good. I can barely move right now because I ate so many of these. Crispy on the outside and very moist and tender on the inside. It is great for kids or adults. My kids couldn't get enough, and that says something for kids who never eat what I make. I have to tell you though, this must have like 239848374892374 calories per serving due to the drizzled butter, the chips, and the mayo in the dipping sauce. But whatever. Who cares?

Just make these babies up, which can be done quick, simply, and tastes soooooo good. Bakes up succulent every single time and people are licking their fingers! I have to excuse them this time - the sauce is amazing. Paula - you rock!

Oh so simple but oh soooooooooooooooo good. I used cheddar and sour cream chips and added granulated garlic and fresh gound pepper to the egg. Also used parchment paper on the baking sheet so it doesn't stick. They did take longer to cook than 15 mins but well worth the wait.I only made 3 chicken breasts and that made plenty of nuggets. Don't even think about freezing any, as their will not be any leftovers-TRUST ME. Don't forget to also make the dipping sauce. I also used it on my fresh salad. If you like chicken this recipe is a must. Thanks Paula.
