I cooked this as mentioned below on 6/1/06 from Jerry from Richland, WA and I will cook it this way every time - it was the best BBQ chicken I've ever had. I bought 1 chicken cut up, placed it in an aluminum disposable pan and seasoned it with garlic salt, salt & pepper and paprika and let it sit in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours. For 1 chicken I used just about 3/4 cup Worchestershire sauce, 1/2 stick butter and the juice of 1 lemon. We cooked in the pan with some of the sauce, about half, in a covered gas grill, 450 degrees until 3/4 done, approximately 20 minutes. Remove the pieces from the pan and place on the grill, baste with the sauce and turn over as needed until done. Thanks Jerry from Richland!

I cut the butter in half. also cut up the chicken before hand, season with salt pepper and chichen spices.Refrigerate in a large aluminum
disposable pan for one to two hours.I cook on a gas grill, low heat inthe pan, poor half of the sauce over and cook about 3/4 done. Remove pieces from pan and place on grill, add sauce turn over as needed to get color .great taste hot or cold the next day.
