Saw it on the show and made it today. Quick, easy, and delicious. The lemon juice really freshens up the dish. For a simple food, this is a fantastic recipe. I left out the almonds as well. I used four chicken breasts, two spoonfuls of mayo, a stalk of celery, and most of the juice of one lemon if you're not measuring. Turned out well.

To make these extra delicious, omit nuts, add Craisins and some Emeril Lagasse Seasoning.
I also shredded the chicken. Flavors blend nicely if you make the day before.

Sinfully delicious and so easy! I did leave out the almonds in the event anyone might be allergic to nuts; however, it was still very tasty. Thank you again, Paula!

Delicious. Easy to prepare. Rolls, I like to make mine but the salad was, and is, great.

I love how this looks but it was way too salty for me. In the video Paula just sprinkles it with salt. The 1 teaspoon seemed too much. I added extra chicken, grapes, and more mayo and lemon juice to try to hide it.

Great recipe and very easy. I added red onion to my for a little more flavor and served on Martin's potatoe dinner rolls. My daughters loved it!

Easy and delicious! I added halved purple grapes to the dish and it was sooo yummy! I only used 1/4 cup for the almonds. I put it on some buns we got from the bakery. Perfect, light meal!
