I love how this looks but it was way too salty for me. In the video Paula just sprinkles it with salt. The 1 teaspoon seemed too much. I added extra chicken, grapes, and more mayo and lemon juice to try to hide it.

Great recipe and very easy. I added red onion to my for a little more flavor and served on Martin's potatoe dinner rolls. My daughters loved it!

Easy and delicious! I added halved purple grapes to the dish and it was sooo yummy! I only used 1/4 cup for the almonds. I put it on some buns we got from the bakery. Perfect, light meal!

Such a simple recipe yet so delicious. Based on other reviews I added Craisins and tht really seemed to work well. I did not add as much lemon juice--about half--and it was still delicious. I served this as sliders for company, but later had leftovers with Triscuits, and that was particularly good. I will definitely serve this again.

Paula totally let me down with this recipe. It was far too lemony and it was bland. I had to add more salt, more pepper, more mayonnaise to counter the lemon and then I added mustard on top of that trying to cut the lemon and add some flavor.

It's one thing to let everyone know if you made a substitution or slight alteration but to change the entire recipe and create a new one? Come on. You are no longer leaving a rating for THIS recipe anymore. I made this salad as it read but came up a little short on almonds (I only had 1/4 cup on hand and it was delish! I love the idea of lemon and it gave the chicken salad a nice fresh taste. I'll definitely be making this again.
