Added Craisins & some Dijon, & used low fat mayo. Very easy, & everyone liked it!

I made this for a friends' baby shower and it was a hit! All gone! Easy to make and pleasing to the taste buds! Definitely a recipe to keep.

I took off on Paula's excellent idea, adding these ingredients:
dried cherries, pecans instead of almonds, halved green grapes, one chopped apple, dijon mustard, more mayo, sour cream, a splash of heavy cream to loosen it up, Our local grocery store had slider bakery buns which complimented the filling well, I just don't know how early in advance I can assemble them. Thinking of making these for my daughter's med school graduation party.

I boiled my chicken and shredded it. I don't like celery in my food so I used celery salt. I served these on sweet hawaiian rolls. The whole family loved them!

I fixed this for a New Years Eve party for 220 people. The sandwichs were a huge hit. Will make again. Followed the recipe and it was easy to make for such a large crowd.

I've made this several times and it's always great. I do not care for walnuts or almonds so I used crushed pecans instead. It's even better when you let it sit for a day to absorb all the flavors. Also..after making it the first couple of times, I found pouching the chicken, then shredding it, works the best. I still give it 5 stars because even though I've altered the recipe now, when I made it exactly as Paula said..it is still delicious and deserves 5 stars.

Gosh - why did I wait so long to try it? I did add more mayo, since I like it more wet, but that's just me. So easy and so delicious! I just used a rotisserie chicken to help with the cooking. Flavors are simple yet satisying.
