I make this recipe for our big family Sunday Lunch and I make a double batch so that my children can take some home. I can't rave about this recipe enough!

You've made another homerun with this chicken recipe. This taste better than when I've had it in a 5-star italian restuarant. My husband thought I had ordered out! However, I would have to say that I also made a few adjustments like several other reviewers and reduced the amount of butter from 4 sticks to 2 and it still worked just fine. I also seasoned my chicken with dried thyme, basil and oregano to give it a little more favor. The recipe is a great guideline to expanding your imagination and taking it to a whole other level. Thanks Paula for always giving us such a great foundation to start from. Keep 'em coming.

I made this for 100 people at our VFW. It was a big hit! My husband even liked the capers!

We really liked this recipe, but with four sticks of butter, what doesn't taste good? I can't imagine how many calories a serving of this dish is (and don't want to think about it. I added a little more lemon juice and the extra zestyness was super with the chicken and pasta. I would certainly make this again.

This ended up to be a lot of work to make it to the table. And it was well recieved, but I dont think I would make it again. It made just a huge quantity. We had so many leftovers and it just wasnt great reheated. But it was good to do once.

My son who is 30, anf into fine dining, told me this was the best thing he has ever tasted! WOW! This was an easy dish to make, and I must admit, it was spectacular! I cut the butter in half, used bacon instead on Pancetta, and still was fabulous! Thanks Paula!!!

This recipe was a hit in a big way and is for sure a keeper. Might want to add a bit more lemon, but all around perfect dish (unless you are dieting. Serve on an oversized pretty dish and you will be sure to impress. My crew loved it!
