Came out really good after all the prep work is done. There is only two of us so there is enough for tomorrow night too.

It's really good and I make it all the time, but what I do is add some mandarin sauce to it to give it a bit of sweet because I don't like the salty savory idea. I add those little canned baby corns and sugar snap peas. I don't use the hoisin sauce or shiitake mushrooms cause I think their gross. I use regular button mushrooms instead. I also put it on rice instead of noodles, I think its a better match.

it's good but it does seem to be missing something...i think maybe a little acidity like a little lime juice....will continue to wok (haha on it! Love Paula!

I'm confused by the good reviews. I feel like I wasted 15.00 of good chicken and veggies. I will keep looking for a quick stir fry recipe.

For a quick and easy recipe, this was REALLY good. I made it a little more quick and easy by using Birds Eye Broccoli Stir Fry Veggies (frozen. My 13 yr old loved it and even ate the broccoli!! (A feat in and of itself!! The only other thing I did differently was to lightly salt and pepper the chicken while it was cooking. I served it over plain white rice... next time I'll cook the rice in chicken stock and add a little Chinese 5 spice. Despite my bland rice, it was still very good. I have bookmarked the page and will DEFINITELY be making it again. Thank you, Paula!!!

No, I will not prepare this again. Very bland its missing something. It was fun to make and smelled up the neighborhood but that was the only good thing about this recipe. Go Gators

This was a decent recipe. We enjoyed it but I feel like there are better recipes out there. Not sure if I will make it again. As a short cut, I used frozen stir fry veggies rather than cutting up fresh ones. Frozen work just as good.

Aside from the prepping of the veggies, this was very quick and easy to prepare.

I really liked the flavor and texture of this dish. I agree with others that the sauce wasn't exactly bland; it could just use a little something else. Garlic may do the trick. I noticed that a similar recipe of Emerill's got better reviews. The only real differences are that it calls for garlic, Asian spice blend (instead of ginger, sesame seeds, cashews, and roasted garlic red pepper sauce. I will try this recipe next and then possibly make a combo of ingredients from the two.
