this was really tasty - the sauce was light and not claggy or overwhelming. I cut back on the chicken and added bok choi and some green beans, also put the rice noodles into the stir fry and let them sit and absorb the flavours - it was great! Will definitely make again.

This has to be one of the worst things I have tasted in my life. Goes to show that southerners like Paula Deen should not attempt chinese recipes.

Hey for those of you who wanted to spice it up a little, try this. If you're ordered pizza recently from Domino's or Papa John's or whatever, save those little packets of red pepper flakes you get with it, and mix it into the sauce. It works surprisingly well!! My family loved it with a little more flare!

Easy, but bland. I'll try it again but spice it up!

Wonderful! I used chili oil instead of sesame and added a bit of red pepper flakes - we like things spicy - will make again!

This recipe was very good. It is very versatile, you can put whatever you have in the house to put in it. I would make it again but a little spicer. Thanks Paula!!

this is so versitile! Use whatever you like! I loved the taste, texture and the sauce. Add more spice or not but for a southern lady she has hit the nail on many international favorites. Paula I believe you are the new Julia Child but with onion glasses! Never had anything but a great meal with your recipies. Pam

This recipe is delicious, easy, and healthy too. Don't know why people have posted that this recipe is bland. There is nothing bland about it. I have made many stir fry's and could never could get the sauce right. But, this sauce is just right!!!! You are the best, Paula. There is nothing I haven't cooked of yours that wasn't a five star meal. :0

I thought this was good. I did mix up the veges a little bit-I'm not a fan of water chestnuts and my boys aren't big on carrots, but we love sugar snap peas and bean sprouts. I also added a little fresh pineapple and some tomatoes. The colors of the broccoli, the red pepper, tomatoes and the pineapple are really a nice presentation.
The sauce is good although I agree with some others that it was a little bland-that's pretty easy to fix though. I chose to add about a teaspoon or so of Chinese 5 Powder seasoning. (I really love the flavor of Sweet Chili Sauce, so I put a little over just my plate and YUM!

I also liked serving over rice noodles instead of the traditional white rice.
