I made this for the first time tonight and my family absolutely loved it. I did, too. It had a delicious sauce that works great with white rice. Every recipe I've tried of Paula's has been fantastic and this is no exception!

This is the worst stir fry I have ever tried, and I have made alot. The first time I've used hoisin sauce and that's the reason. I've always used soy and teriaki sause to make my stir fry. Never will buy hoisin again. Sorry Paula, watch you all the time and all your recipes a great, except this one.

I enjoyed making this recipe! It was fun to chop all those veges! One change, however, I needed to add more hoisin sauce (I added the entire small jar to get a richer flavor, then served it over rice with banana bread on the side. My husband loved it. Thank you Paula!

so much flavor ! i made it for my husband, and he loved it. i used the veggie stir fry package from the frozen food section, instead of buying all the veggies fresh and served over white rice with crunchy low mein noodles. was so good.
    will be making this again.

This is the best stir fry I've tried at home. The sauce was wonderful and I love that it's a healthy recipe. I think I'll kick it up with a little spice next time though.

This recipe was wonderful!! I could not find the hoisin sauce at my grocery store so I used a stir fry sauce. I took the carrots and water chestnuts out because I don't care for them and added a bell pepper.I used fresh ginger instead of ginger powder and button mushrooms instead of the ones in the recipe. I used olive oil instead of vegtable oil. I also added minced garlic, red pepper and garlic powder. I'm from Louisiana and I like everything highly seasoned!!!

I made this dish for my family and everyone loved it and the best part was you can use whatever veggies your family likes- very good would definately recommend to others.

This recipe was really good. My family loved it especially my daughter who is a picky eater. I did add some scallions and toasted sesame seeds that I had on hand. This is a must try recipe.

I tried this recipe and it was very good. It did need a little bit more salt and pepper in it. Outside of that little bit it had a good taste to it.
