Tastes great! Don't be afraid to use a lot of cheese in the stuffing

Wow, we loved this dish. However, I didn't serve it over the greens as recommended. Served it straight up as a chicken main dish. The flavor is wonderful and this dish is even better the second day. So easy to fix.

My husband and I were watching this today because I LOVE Paula's Party! He asked me with a smirk on his face
"What channel is the Super Bowl on?" Before I could answer him he said " Are YOU writing down this recipe?" Chicken stuffed with prosciutto and fontina OVER the super bowl? YEAH!
    You GO Paula!!!
He has forgot the Super Bowl and we are fixin to leave for the grocery store so I can cook this for him.
    Food over mind.
He also said, "She is just like you Gigi, she likes butter".
    Ya think?
    Thanks Paula!
    Luv YA!

I changed the recipe a little because I had no mushrooms. I used bacon instead of the prosciutto but used the rest of the ingredients. It was wonderful, the whole family enjoyed it, This is a keeper !

I loved this recipe as well as my husband. I did do things a bit different, I browned the chicken on the stove and then finished in the oven. I also added a teaspoon of fresh garlic before it went in the oven. Instead of toothpicks or twine I used the stems from the rosemary to secure the chicken. I also served mine along rice pilaf and it was a HIT!! Give it a try!!
