    I don't understand...4 lbs. of meat/sausage for 4 hot dogs. That cannot be right. I wish food network would keep a closer eye on things like this.

    This chili was really good. I gave it four instead of five only because my family likes things little spicier. The base flavor for this chili is very pleasing though and it is very easy to make.

    The chili dogs were sooo good. I cooked the meat, onion, garlic together the night before and finished the rest of the ingredients the next day. It turned out as if I had made it all in one setting. The hot dogs and buns cooked in butter was a great addition to the tasty. Easy to make and delicious to eat.
