I never make the biscuit bowls, but the chili is the best! My husband says it's better than his mom's! A great Paula recipe- simple and fast! (and no butter!

As soon as I saw Paula make this recipe I knew I had to give it a shot. The biscuits are so cute and the chili inside makes a great presentation. I did not have ground chuck so I used ground turkey instead and the recipe turned out fine. Overall this recipe was very easy and so delicious.

The biscuit bowls are such a great idea - for this and other fillings. If you don't mind using a packaged product, Pillsbury Grand biscuit layers can be separated into 2 or 3 pieces to make lighter and almost effortless substitutes for making your own.

I thought the biscuit bowls were very good. I loved the idea of making this as an appetizer and it went over well at game time.

I would suggest to lightly spray the back side of the muffin tins with pam. These were good and different. However I think next time I will make my regular chili, this one seemed to be missing something to us. There are endless uses for the biscuit bowls.
