    Using the outside bottom of a mini muffin baking pan to make the pastry cups, this made a great hors d'ouvres.

    I really liked this chili recipe, but I wasn't very successful with the bread bowls. I will make this recipe again, except maybe omitting the bread bowls.

    I'm a novice cook, so I was a little nervous about what the end result would be... I should have known that any recipe of Paula's will be fantastic! Even my husband, who is stingy with his compliments, agreed this recipe was a keeper! I didn't make the biscuit bowls since I'm only cooking for two and my husband stays away from carbs, but the chili was to die for. So good and remarkably easy (even I had no problems with this one... I will definitely be making this chili again and again. Thanks, Paula!

    I didn't make the biscuit bowl - I cheated and used Grands biscuits - but the chili is perfect. Nice and chunky!
