U have to add fish sauce, thai chili sauce, and lime to this!!! sooo much better, get rid of the ramon noodle and almonds< replace with crushed peanuts and Vietnamese mint (not the Thai mint, but the herb that taste like pepper- found in the asain shops. SOOO GOOD!!!

I bought a head of Napa lettuce. It was huge had to double the recipe of everything else. So look for an average size head. It was delicsssssssss. people really liked it.

I must admit I thought this sounded odd, but it is a delicious and different take on a salad. Nice combination of flavors, crunchy, sweet, savory, and healthy. Plus, you can toss it together in a hurry. Very good!

Yummy, yummy!! Used napa cabbage and toasted the almonds, ramen, and sesame seeds in a fry pan on the stovetop instead of heating the house up with the oven.

This is absolutely delicious and comes together so quickly. You really do need to use the bok choy or napa cabbage! Wonderul flavors! Paired it with some grilled pineapple and Elsi's chicken sate with spicy peanut sauce. Didn't use the ramain noodles, did use the seasoning packet but used La Choy chow mein noodles so I wouldn't have to turn on the oven, we are having 100 degrees plus here in Dallas and didn't want to use the broiler if at all possible. It worked out great! You have to try this salad, it's wonderful and chocked full of flavor!

My mom has made this for twenty years. Red onion works better for color. The orential noodles are what you need to get. Balsamic vinegar tastes best too.

This is so easy to make and delicious. I usually use the pre-shredded cole slaw in a bag to make it even easier to make.

I made this but doubled the ramen noodles and sesame seeds. I increased by half the amount of almonds. My family is just learning how to eat salads so we like lots of goodies in it. My daughter, who is not a salad person, loved it and said it has to go in her permanent recipe file. I think I'll try the same concept with broccoli slaw. Really nice!
