these tasted great and as another poster wrote, the recipe doesn't make anywhere near 18 crepes. I got 8 out of it, or I should say 7 and the first one which was a dud. Great with real maple syrup and butter if you don't want the chocolate. I used Trader Joe's Almond Cocoa spread with the bananas.. It was so good! Note to previous poster: please don't give a 5 star rating to a recipe you haven't tried yet. The idea is to rate a recipe on how it came out AFTER you tried it. To answer your question, tho, I heated my pan and cooked my crepes on medium (5 and it was about 2-3 min on the first side and about 2 on the 2nd. You'll likely mess up the first one in the batch as your pan "gets ready"

The crepes made way fewer than the 18 they were supposed to make. As usual when making crepes the first one is scrapped. Jacques Pepin says that the pan has to get into the mood. I only got 8 usable crepes after the first one scrapped. I had to make a second batch to get enough.

My daughter is a very picky eater right now she won't eat anything green or yellow so bananas were out of the questions for this recipe but i put some fresh granny smith apples mixed with sugar and cinnamon and put a spoonful in hers and she ate 2 crepes and asked me to make them again tomorrow. Delicious recipe. Thanks so much!

I'm not much of a crepe fan, but I just had to make these after seeing it on TV. Delicious! Easy to make and the nutella with bananas made it sooooo good! Even my husband liked it and he doesn't really like crepes at all. Thanks Paula!
