We all enjoyed this dish. I used 1 1/2 cups milk which made 10 crepes. It would really be impossible to get 18 out of the amount of the ingredients listed. I am looking forward to trying this with strawberries and other fruits as it will undoubtedly lend itself to several variations.

I made these exactly as written, and added a light Hersheys syrup drizzle at the end before the whipped topping. These were easy and really delicious, my whole family loved them!

The crepes were a hit with the family. It was the first time we've ever made crepes at home and were surprisingly easy to make. I suggest going real easy on the Nutella, perhaps only putting it on half of the crepe. The family agreed the (already thinly spread Nutella was quite sweet and heavy for the delicate crepes...but it didn't stop them from licking their plates and fingers clean!

Thank you for taking me back to a beautiful fall day in Paris. My husband and I were wandering around and happened upon a creperie complete with a piano player. We were the only customers at the time and we ordered a crepe filled with nutella and bananas. The only change I made in making these at home was to sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on the crepe when baking. Great.

I admit, this is the first Paula Dean recipe I've tried. I'm a health nut and none of her recipes have ever looked good. I happened to catch the end of her French Fare show and the crepes looked good. I made them the next morning and they were great. Just over 1 cup of milk was plenty for me (it was runny and perfect. My nutella was expired, so I just used lemon juice and evaporated cane juice (sugar.
