I made this for the first time today,
I'd recommend you make a double batch
(got 10 from my first single batch.
Then add extra milk after it has
sat for 20 miutes and check consistency. You want a thin batter.
They came out pretty good, you need to
be organized, don't leave pan unattended and keep temp low. They
cook pretty quickly. I used fresh
blueberries and sliced bananas and whip cream.
yum.. I will definitely make these
again. Thanks Paula!!

I made this the weekend of the episode i saw. I like it and so did my family but it defintely didnt make enough it made like 5 crepes. I didnt fill it with the chocolate and bananas, i filled it with strawberry cream cheese nad frest strawberries. That was good. I had to add some more milk like another 1/4 of a cup of milk. But it worked out good after that. GOOD job Paula thank you

Oh these were just fabulous. I used Nutella and I stuffed them with strawberries instead...they were so good. I dusted some confectioners sugar on top, too. I will definitely be making these often in the future! Thanks Paula, another winner!!

The batter was too thick so I added 1/2 cup more milk & it was perfect!
