This pie was easy and fantastic. I am so thankful to Miss Paula and the food network for making my kitchen more fun to be in.

TRIED THIS RECIPE FOR THR FIRST TIME CAUSE IT SOUNDED GREAT. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULTS,IT TASTE BITTER AND DID NOT CARE FOR THE TEXTURE.DON'T THINK I WILL TRY THIS RECIPE AGAIN. I HAVE TRIED PAULA'S OTHER RECIPES WHICH WERE GREAT ,BUT THIS ONE WAS A WASTE.

I was really looking forward to this dessert.... it is very bitter and I thought the pies would be firm after chilling but they were very heavy and runny. I won't be cooking this again..

I watched Paula make this the other day and she only used 1/2 cup of cocoa powder instead of the 3/4 cup shown in the recipe. Cut back on the cocoa powder and it's delicious

You have to use sweetened cocoa powder! Completely inedible otherwise. And, if you can afford the mascarpone that another reviewer suggested, you'll like the texture better than the "gritty" ricotta.

Wish I had read the reviews before I made this one. Definitely use some melted chocolate chips instead of the cocoa and I'd suggest using powdered sugar, regular sugar is too grainy...2 bananas are more than enough and this makes enough to feed at least 8 people..wished she'd made a dessert for 2. The mushroom canapes are delicious though

A scrumptious twist on banana pie, easy and quick. My husband is a banana freak and this was just the ticket.
Paula is my favorite Food Network Star!
