Horrible!! Literally the worst bread pudding I have ever made. Never mind the fact that the ingredients or cooking temp in the recipe doesn't match the ingredients or cooking temp in the video, it would not cook properly. I cooked it at 350 for an hour and 20 minutes and it still not completely set. I took it to a potluck, and was SO embarrassed when I went to serve it. The outside was as hard as a rock! You had to cut it with a knife. And the inside was all mushy. Absolutely horrible. I will never make this recipe again!

OMG... This bread pudding is the best bread pudding I have ever put in my mouth. This is so good it will make you want to slap your mama!! Just Kidding! I did tweak a few things as I added some salt to the Irish Cream Sauce Paula suggest to use and I changed the Godiva Chip and just depends on how strong of a chocolate flavor you like. I also put 1/4 cup of Irish Cream in the mix and added a 1/4 cup coffee instead of Liquor.

I was so looking forward to this. Went to the store just to get all the ingredients; got home and spent an hour prepping it. After the hour bake time, it still was cold and runny in the center. After another 20 min., still cold and runny in the center yet hard and crusty on the edges. I went ahead and tried what was done on the edges....BLAH, so bitter. Definately not for someone expecting a tasty, sweet dessert.

I made this last night and it was ridiculously delicious!! The only changes I made were I used all Ghirardelli chocolates (cocoa & chips. I also used milk chocolate rather than semi-sweet. I switched out coffee liqueur for Navan Madagascar Vanilla liqueur. I had to bake an extra 20 minutes as well. I can't imagine anyone calling this recipe bland, it was the complete opposite for me. I think it's all about the quality of ingredients! It was rich and creamy and the vanilla liqueur gave it a great kick of flavor! I will be making this again and again!! Thanks Paula ...LOVE IT!

I admit, I thought this would be awesome... it was just eh for me. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't the amazing experience I thought it would be. It came out of the oven looking beautiful and smelling fabulous, the flavors while good were very dull and bland (strange for something sweet huh? Much better with cream or ice cream on it... overall, it was just ok.
