This is a terrific bread pudding recipe. And, it's chocolate for crying out loud!! It is a wonderfully easy recipe. With or without the cream sauce on top it's absolutely sinful!

This bread pudding ranks among the best that I've ever eaten. I'm not much of a bread pudding person, but the texture is exquisite and the chocolate chips give it a very rich flavor. This is a great recipe.

My family hated this recipe, my son almost upchucked.

It was mushy and too many mixes of tastes. What a letdown.

I love almost all of Paula's recipes, but this was just too much of too many tastes.

i liked this receipe but my family thought it had to much chocolate in it. next time, i will cut back on the chocolate chips and add less almond extract too.

This bread pudding is delicious. I followed the suggestions and only used 1-1/2 tsp. of the almond extract. It's rich, can only eat a small amount at a time, but it's insanely good. I served it warm with fresh whipped cream and the family is still raving.

This bread pudding even made me want to eat it. The smell of the chocolate is so appetizing. I took it to work and it was devoured and I was inundated with compliments. I told them it was from my friend Paula. My only tip; use a really dry bread if you aren't a fan of the soggy bread kind of pudding.

This was absolutely the best chocolate bread pudding I've ever made. Its good warm or cold, and I thought the chocolate cinnamon flavors were stronger the next day. This one is now my family's favorite. We served it with a premium vanilla ice cream instead of the sauce -- yum!
