    This is the absolute best chocolate bread pudding ever invented. I have my grandmothers recipe from Germany and it beats it by far I am very impressed thanks, its very simple too. You have to try it!!! thanks Paula keep up the great work girl!!

    This dessert is a great blend of flavors and will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth, the only thing i would say about it is that you could reduce the amount of coffee liquor you use..but other than that its amazing.

    I am always wary of new recipes, but this one is a keeper! I bake all the time and have quite a collection of favorites...but this made its way to the head of the list! Must make with the cream sauce!

    Very good. Totally reccomend this. But i would cut down on the almond extract. Besides that very good.

    Have read the comments about the extracts so have just looked in her printed cookbook to find the following:
    1-tablespoon vanilla extract
    and
    1 & 1/2 teaspoons pure almond extract

    All other ingredients are correct as compared to the cookbook.

    I didn't know if I would like this because I don't normally like bread pudding. I decided to try it because it has my favorite food group, chocolate in it. This was great! I didn't have any almond extract, so I just used vanilla extract and I used Kahlua in it. Fantastic!
