Delicious, rivals my brownie recipe, and no butter. But...all my chocolate chips sank to the bottom, and the nuts all went to the top. How can I prevent this?

I've made this three times now. My family LOVES this recipe and so do all the lucky neighbors who have received a loaf! This is destined to become a regular family recipe. Super yummy and easy!!!

OUTSTANDING!!! Paula I never bake. I always watch your show and seen you making this. I told myself to try it.. After all, all I could do is fail lol....
My was I proud of myself when it came out so PERFECT!! I could eat both loafs myself but know better. Will take one to work and share tomorrow.
Honestly I didn't know what "Shield the bread" meant. I wasn't sure if I was to put foil around the bread pan like you do when baking a pie so it doesn't brown too fast. Then I thought that doesn't look right. So I then laid a flat sheet of foil right on top of each pan. Now that worked!!
Thanks again Paula. I love you!!!

AMAZING!!!! What a great recipe, easy to follow and the reward is big. It's better than a big brownie if that is even possible... Make sure you make the chocolate butter, it really adds to the flavor. I didn't have oil so I used butter in its place and it turned out great. I lined the loaf pans with foil and sprayed them with cooking spray, to make it easier to remove them from the pans. This is a keeper and something that I will make again and again... Thank you..

Paula..it was like eating a big brownie. Very rich, but the chocolate butter tones it down a bit. I added a bit more hot fudge to the butter. Loved this and so did my tennis team. Thanks for a great take a long dessert.

This was so easy and so yummy. I added different kinds of chips and some marshmallows and I would serve it at a dinner party or a great afternoon snack with tea and a good friend. Thank you Paula. PS: This is the first time I have ever rated a recipe and I have cooked many off this site. That's how good and easy it is.

Scrumptious y'all! So great served warm and definitely don't forget to add the Chocolate Butter suggested at the bottom of the recipe. I will make this over and over again.
