LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea. These are super simple to make and I love that they can be customized to whatever chocolate candy one loves. I made a sampler dessert with one Hershey's MC, one York Peppermint Patty and a couple Reese's PB Cups. YUM! Can't wait for my kids to get older so they can help make and put their favorite candy in.

This was really easy and very yummy! By having a few different options on hand for the filling you can customize a yummy dessert for your guests. our favorite was hershey kisses, kraft caramel bits, and pecans. Drizzle with the ganache and pecans and it is to die for! Or dark chocolate kisses and sliced almonds!! Makes a pretty plate too.

I have never made these before but my friend did. They were really good, even though I don't like chocolate! Paula Deen has never failed anyone!

Hi, I must be one of the few people out there that doesn't like chocolate all that much or even deseserts. My husband however is a big fan of both. So for valentines I was looking for something special, sweet, and simple to make for us and i came accross the video on this website and figured why not. I used chocolate kisses instead of chocolate chips and I used chocolate covered toffee candy in my bundles. I followed the recipe and WOW!!! the ganache was so decadent it made me want to jump in and roll around in it (i didn't. I served it with chunks of pineapple and green seedless grapes. At the end of it all i wanted to just drink the chocolate sauce. Will I make these bundles again? Yes and will I make the ganache again? Most definitly! I can't wait to fidddle with this again I have some neat ideas to fill the bundles with. For those out there that have not tried this recipe I say go for it it is quick simple and wonderful!
Thanks again, and may God bless you and your family.

Watched your recipe on All Star Chocolate and decided to give it a try. Everything turned out great. Only thing I did different was add the chocolates that I like such as Dove Chocolates and White chocolate. They all melted in my mouth. That was the easiest fine recipe that I have made. The puff pastry with the egg wash worked out well.
