Sifting the powdered sugar felt like it took hours! And I'm not sure that I used enough butter (1 stick. That said, the fudge was fabulous and did not, surprisingly, taste like cheese at all. In fact, I loved telling people the "secret" ingredient - after they had tried a piece first.

I have always been a big fan of marshmallow fudge, so I was a little skeptical when I first saw this recipe. But I decided to try it, and it is delicious!! It is also so easy to make. It is the perfect dessert for busy people.

My mouth watered as I watched the simple receipe description on The Food Network. I thought it couldn' be as easy as it looked nor as delicious as described. WRONG on both counts! This was absolutely the easiest fudge recipe I've ever tried and the yummiest! I took the first batch to my office for co-workers to sample. They raved! They wanted more! They even wanted the recipe! Thanks Food Network! This one's a real winner. Now if we could just reduce the calories!!!!

Whoever said you could taste the cheese is either lying or made the recipe wrong. There is absolutely NO taste of cheese. How could a mere 8 ounces of mild cheese shine through 2 lbs of confectioner's sugar, vanilla and a ? cup of cocoa--it's impossible!
I have made this recipe 6 times over the past several months, and it's always been great. I've experimented with the original by adding peanut butter, marshmallow creme and chopped Heath bars--all with wonderful success.
Make this recipe with confidence.

I'm not one who likes fudge, but this recipe is great....smooth, creamy and not too sweet. My daughter made it and when she told me it had cheese in it, I almost didn't taste it...but...then one taste and I was hooked!! I will make this for my own guests!

I made this for the gals in my sewing group. Had them taste it before I told them that the fudge had cheese in it. They couldn't believe it. It's so creamy and good. I'm not much of a fudge person, but I love this recipe. Turns out perfect every time.

My husband LOVES to cook and he loves Paula b/c he's from Savannah, too. He found this recipe and told me he was going to make it, and informed me that it had cheese in it. I told myself that he could keep it to himself b/c I couldn't imagine that fudge would have cheese in it. But once he made it and he and my daughter tried it, they insisted that I would like it. I LOVE IT!!!!. His son loves it too, that's all he wanted for Christmas, was cheesey fudge.... Thanks Paula.

This recipe was so easy and so much fun but tastes like it took you hours! I personally found it too sweet but my family LOVES it. I am looking forward to making it for my neighbors for Christmas. Thanks for sharing Paula!
