    When family comes to visit from Florida I always try and have a special treat on hand for them to try. This fudge was definately that. I have to admit it was hard to get people to try it when they heard what was in it--I mean, CHEESY FUDGE????. Not to worry though. No cheese flavor in this. Just a rich, creamy, chocolate delight. I made an extra batch for them to take home on their last visit and they ate most of it in the car on the way! Another A+ for Paula for her ways with cheese and butter (and chocolate!

    Cannot tell you how my husband wrinkled his nose when I mentioned the ingredients of this recipe. He told me that he was not going to try it. Well, he did and now he brings it to all pot lucks and tries to see if people can guess the main ingredient.

    Made the fudge for a group of girl friends...they loved it and had no idea it was cheese. It was soooooo easy to make. Thank you, Paula!!

    This recipie is incredible .. I never let on that there is Velveeta Cheese in the "mix" .. keep 'em guessing! Easy to make ... I usually pour it into molds to shape for presents!

    I was weary of this, but thought it sounded interesting. I tried it and it's the best fudge ever. Smooth and creamy every time. My friends and family love it.

    I make this fudge for the Holidays. Everyone asks for it. What I do to cut down on the grease is dab the cheese on a paper towel before melting it. Don't spray the pan, line it with aluminum foil instead so no extra grease on the bottom of the fudge. The foil comes right off the fudge. It's the best! Thanks Paula for another great recipe.
