I used reduced fat cream cheese and cut the butter in half. I formed it into a hockey puck/disc shape and it firmed up better than I expected. I was fully prepared to turn into a dip/spread, since I used the reduced fat and less butter. But since it firmed up ok. I covered it with mini chips. I used mini chips in the mixture also, so I cut the marshmallow in half for better proportions. Served with grahams and pretzel. Super easy to throw together and definitely better the next day.

This was sooo yummy. I saw this and couldnt wait to make it for a party. It got rave reviews and everyone loved it. The only thing I added was to roll the chocolate ball into mini chips rather than nuts. It was yummy. I also used the mini chips in the cheese ball. Will make this again!
