These cupcakes were just wonderful ! I think the best part of the cupcakes were Paula and her Saturday Night live guest in the kitchen together... I thought I was going to bust from laughing so hard, I had tears streaming down my southern face! Paula, keep the guests coming and keep the wonderful reciepes up !

These cupcakes are amazing! My friends and I made these around Halloween and subsituted sour patch kids instead of gummy worms on top to make them "Graveyard Cupcakes" and they were just as delicious! The frosting is wonderful on any cupcake! Thank you, Paula for the recipe!

This was my first try at making frosting from scratch for any cupcakes and it was very simple. Cupcakes were very moist, light and tasty. Everyone enjoyed them and thought this was gourmet stuff! I used instant coffee, low fat sour cream and cut back on the butter/sugar in frosting just a bit. They are still as delicious and I will be making these cupcakes again!

I made these cupcakes last night for a dinner that I hosted and everyone went back for seconds and thirds! They couldn't stop telling me how delicious they were! They are very moist, the only thing is that the frosting didn't thicken as fast as it should have so I put it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes to thicken it up. Other than that these cupcakes were AMAZING and I will definitely be adding them to my cookbook and making them again soon!

These cupcakes sound really tasy im planing on making some for me and my mother in law but im a lil confused on one ingredient. Do i brew one cup of strong coffee or pour coffee in to the other ingredients straight from the coffee bag???? help plz

I have never reviewed a recipe before but i couldnt resist with this one. These cupcakes are insane, so moist and delicious, i could eat a whole batch myself. Make sure to allow for the icing to cool all the way before you ice the cupcakes but other than that, they are super simple and tasty:

I usually don't review recipes, even if I like them, but I had to for these cupcakes. They are, BY FAR, the best cupcakes I have ever made in my life!!! I bake a lot and have tried many recipes, but these will end your search for chocolate cupcakes. The icing, which you should only eat once a year, makes these cupcakes! I've had nothing but compliments on these cupcakes from kids and adults and I can't wait to make them again!
