This cookie was very easy to make, my 7yr old grand daughter and I did it together. It is also fairly inexpensive, which is a great plus when you are making it for seven little granddaughters for a summer tea party.

These were very good and easy to make. The hardest part is waiting for the dough to firm up in the frig. I also tried lemon and carrot cake mixes and they worked very well too. You can get very fancy, and no one knows how easy they really are.

I've just baked one pan and was surprised the cookies weren't as gooey as I thought they'd be. I'm going to reduce the time just a bit on the second pan. And maybe I should let them cool down more??? Great taste, however!

I made these cookies yesterday and although they smelled great while baking and looked good when done, I was disappointed with the cookie's texture - more cakey than gooey. I expected them to taste like a rich, super moist brownie. They are a cinch to make and next time I'll add some cocoa powder, mini chocolate chips and expresso powder to bring out more chocolate taste. Don't worry Paula - I still love ya!

These little cookies are so quick & easy to make, I also added some chopped pecans which made them even more delicious! I'm thinking other cake mix flavors would be wonderful also, strawberry, lemon, orange, etc. The possibilities could be endless!

My daughter and I had to go make these after we saw the show. We brought them to a Father's Day picnic and they were a hit! I would have to agree, the 2 hour chilling time was the hardest part!
Thanks and enjoy!

These were the simplest cookies I have ever made. I had the ingredients in my cupboard and made them with my grand-daughter right after the show. The hardest part was waiting the two or so hours for the dough to chill enough to work with (which you HAVE to do.

These are great and you cannot eat just one! They melt in your mouth. I used a mix with chocolate chips which made them better.
