Very tasty and very sticky to roll into bite-size balls. After washing my hands, I coated them with a bit of cooking spray, which helped a lot. Also took the advice from other reviewers and added an extra 2 T. of cocoa and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Next time I make it, I will substitute artificial sweetener for the 1/2 cup of sugar...got to reduce a couple of calories!

This was so good and really easy to make. I also added 2 extra T of cocoa and 1 t vanilla. If you want the chocolate to not be so chewy, make sure you just bring it to a boil and immediately take it off the heat. Over cooking will make the chocolate very chewy and hard.

I made these and adjusted the recipe as follows: added 3 tbsp cocoa and 1 tsp vanilla. I didn't make them into balls, I spread it out over waxed paper, cooled and tore it apart. My husband isn't much on sweets, but he liked it so much I had to make a second batch for him to take to work. He couldn't wait for his buddies to try it. It definitely satisfied my sweet tooth.
