OH MY!!!! These are fantastic! They came out light, fluffy and oh so delicious! A definite keeper! One tip: While the dough was rising, I mixed up all of the filling together and let it sit. Then I just restirred it and spread it with a spatula onto the rolled out dough. Makes the filling more even.

Made my very first batch of cinnamon rolls, they were really good!! Recipe was easy to follow, I suggest you bake until golden brown. The baking time given was way too long for my rolls, they came out darker than expected. Glaze was melt in your mouth-sweet!
Thank You Paula Deen :

I wanted to love these, but they fell a little short of my expectations. It may have been the baking time, but my rolls came out a little dry. I was hoping for moist, melt-in-your-mouth rolls, but that didn't happen. Luckily a little zap in the microwave helped. Overall, they were good. Just not 5-stars good.

My family loved this recipe. I omitted the raisins/nuts and just made it with brown sugar and cinnamon. I only baked it for 22 mins instead of 30 and that was perfect.

I personally do not like Cinnamon rolls but I made this recipe for my kids only changing the flour to half white - half whole wheat flour and it still came out moist and delicious.
I couldn't stop myself from eating it. These are only Cinnamon rolls I have ever enjoyed!

Holy Canoli!
I'm only 18 years old, and this is by far the number one recipie I have made since learning the ins and outs of the kitchen.
I made a few revisions to this recipe for my own taste.... I use a little less water, and I let my dough rise over night, and until I am ready to make them, I leave it in the fridge...
When it comes to rolling up the dough, I cut individual strips to roll them up, so they are perfect little wheels of cinnamon deliciousness.
I also add some cinnamon and brown sugar into the dough.
as for the frosting, I like to make it thicker... And when I make it, I make a lot of frosting.
If you make the cinnamon rolls smaller, they are a great treat to bring over for desserts to social gatherings. :D
I freaking love this recipe.

Perfectly fluffy and delicious. I made 12 and divided them into 2 glass baking dishes for 25 min. Will defiantly be making these again!

This recipe always comes out really dense for me. I prefer light and fluffy cinnamon rolls.

I (accidentally used bread flour instead of all-purpose, and they turned out just right. I only used half of the glaze and it was still plenty. I will make these again.
