these are fan-freakin-tastic! ONLY thing i would change is baking time. they were just a tad (a very small tad dry at 25 minutes when i took them out. OR make 9 thicker rolls instead of 12... but they are scrumptious nonetheless!

I normally trust Paula Deens recipes, but this one was horrible. It could be that I am used to different kinds, but this was dry. Also, 30 minutes is entirely to long to cook it. Another, in the video she does not kneed the dough for 5 or 10 minutes like the directions say. I made these, and followed the recipe exactly because her recipes normally do not disappoint but no one liked them and they felt like bricks the next morning. In the end, I remade a recipe that called for 1 cup of milk, and 2 eggs and the end result was a flaky, wonderful roll. Also, a cinnamon roll typically calls for brown sugar and cinnamon and not white sugar, that leaves the gooey filling inside.

I made these this weekend and they were fabulous. Relatively easy to make. I cut the icing in half and it was plenty. Definitely a keeper

Loved these, made them on Christmas morning and they were gone before they could even cool down. Great with coffee. I used a cream cheese frosting instead, which went great on top. It's an easy enough recipe, and you'll be proud to present these as homemade! Highly recommend

Declious and simple to make! We too don't care for the nuts and raisins so I skipped that step. In the glaze I omitted vanilla and water and used fresh squeezed orange juice instead.
