I made these cinnamon rolls this morning and they are a huge hit. I deviated from the recipe a tad. I added an extra egg yolk, an 1/8 of a cup more of milk and I added cinnamon to the glaze. It turned out very moist and wasn't hard at all. This recipe will be added to my collection!!!

YUMMMMMMYYYY!!!! So good! I made a few changes..we are not a big fan of nuts so did not add them. I put some brown sugar in with the white sugar and put more melted butter on the rolls after they were in the pan. They came out AWESOME!! Thanks Paula, I knew if any one knew how to make a supper yummy roll it would be you!!

BEST CINNAMON ROLLS EVER!!!! I've been trying different recipes hoping to find a good one. Should have known that Paula Deen's would be the best!! They're really easy to make and my family and I truly enjoyed them!!

YUMMY!! just made them they turned out delicious and they were very easy to make!! I added in some cream cheese to the glaze to add some extra creaminess to it! :o I recommend this recipe to everyone!! :o

LOVE LOVE this recipe! So easy and delicious. Do not let the few negative reviews sway you. I don't understand how they messed up the recipe because of it's ease. Oh and did I say I LOVE this recipe? So extremely tasty.... Shared them with the neighbors and they asked us for the recipe because they devoured them. If your thinking about trying this recipe don't think twice just make them.... Treat yourself; then just exercise a little extra. But so worth the calories!

The best cinnamon roll recipe...EVER! I was very intimated a few years ago when my husband wanted me to make these...once complete, the hard part was waiting for the dough to rise. So easy to prepare and so yummy!
wattamutt: maybe your yeast was dead...maybe not. I have made these rolls before even though my yeast/rolls did not rise. They turned out just fine.
FYI wattamutt, you should not have rated this recipe 1 start because your dough did not rise.

I ended up using 3.5 cups of flour for my dough. The filling I felt called for too much butter. When I tried to roll them up, the mixture came oozing out of the sides. Maybe if I had used pecans or raisins it wouldn't have. And I used a cream cheese icing for the glaze. But the rolls themselves tasted great.

Really, really good rolls ! However, I think the second rising needs to be longer - probably closer to the 1.5 hour mark again, I realise it makes these rolls a long process, but it's definitely worth it !
