    I love the fact that this recipe is so easy and simple. It did lack coconut flavor though and I found it quite sweet...almost too sweet. It also took me an additional 20 minutes to cook, but after that it became the perfect consistency. I would recommend this dish but next time maybe ill add some more water to the sugar as i'm caramelizing it.

    The recipe was very easy follow; the flan was less creamy than I would have liked. Tasty, just a little too much texture with the coconut.

    The flan had good flavor, but was very sweet. The recipe called for 1 hour of baking, but for me it took nearly two hours. Overall, the flan was tasty, but too sweet for my family and I.

    This recipe is super easy to follow and is a hit at every get-together. Everyone always asks for the recipe! The only drawback I found is that it actually takes 2 hours to bake, not 1 hour like the recipe says. Tastes best after it has been chilled for a day.

    The flan was so smooth and sweet. I had no bad experience with this. Maybe a little bit more carmelized sugar for the top.
