This was so good, like one of my favorites at Bahama Breeze. I don't drink alcohol so I thinned the orange marmalade with white wine vinegar and chicken broth. Yum-O!

I love love love, the idea of shrimp being cooked with a style of uniqueness creativity and still maintain an intense sense of flavor and presentation. Kudos Paula!! I love this idea for my wedding, because i want to cook with love and uniquness for my guests! (not that i'm getting marred nor engaged, but i'm in a relationship, and just like you say, a way to man's heart is through his stomach! I love your recipes!! Thank you...and i hope to accomplish all of your dishes one day!

Shrimp is not one of my family's favorites, so I tried this with cut up chicken breast and it was wonderful!!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed this recipe. It was so good, I even tried it with chicken breast strips, and it too was delicious

My whole family loved it and we've agreed that it is better than most restaurants! My husband usually won't eat coconut shrimp because of the sweetness, but he loved this one! I substituted Malibu rum for the dark rum, used a medium sized shrimp and we all loved it! I'll definitely make this one again!!

These coconut shrimp are incredible. They are really easy to make and taste like restaurant quality cuisine. Awesome recipe!
