Just made these after seeing on tv this morning! Very tasty and delicious! I used a regular ice cream scoop to make the mounds. Next time I will make them a little smaller and not so "mound-ish". They really didn't flatten out at all and they are a little high once all put together. I baked them probably 14 minutes and as soon as I saw them "crack" I took them out of the oven. I followed the recipe for the icing and it literally tasted like whipped butter with a little flavoring. I kept adding confectioners sugar and coconut milk until I got the taste I wanted. I will be making these again.
