Looks awesome... can't wait to try them!! I just happened to turn the tv on when she was eating them w/ the dipping sauce. Sounded good, so I just figured I'd find the recipe for the sauce right w/ the won ton recipe, but it's not here. Anyone know all the ingredients for that sauce she was using? I believe I heard the base was orange marmalade, but don't know the rest. Thanks everyone!

The day I saw this episode I told my dad, "I have to make that." I'm an aspiring chef and all so I like trying new things. But with as many as the recipe called for, I didn't want to do it until a family gathering. So I made it for the 4th of July party at my sister's. I made a double batch because there were so many people. Though instead of house seasoning I used a lot of Everglade Seasoning and a little tiny bit of nutmeg. I also added some hot sauce into the collard green/cream cheese mixture, and the sauce, which is just as amazing. After the first batch had dried, I tried one and quite literally, I was a goner. I've been requested to make these several times before I leave for cooking school. Thank you Paula!!

Made these for our Halloween party used sausage and spinach deep fried them and because it was halloween called them "deep fried bats" every one loved them! All my food of course had a spooky theme this was the best! served it with 2 dipping sauces 1 was a spicy dijon soy and the other was a hot mustard they were the hit of the party and I gave the recipe out to more then a few of the party goers! Thanks Ms. Paula

These sounded very unusual, but they were very good! Kind of like a Collard Rangoon :

Seriously yummy. This was everyone's favorite New Years Day menu item. Quotes included: "I'll never eat plain collard greens again" to "it's like a chip with the dip INSIDE!"
