I made today, but I just used 3 spoons of sugar and olive oil, it was great, healthy and fresh.

This recipe was very easy and has such a fresh taste. It was a side dishe to my steak tacos. I used frozen corn, added one red pepper. For the dressing I would not use as much sugar, I added fresh lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, dill and thyme. DELICIOUS!!!!! My husband brought it to work the next day for lunch.
I'll be making this all summer long!

I made a couple of changes--I roasted the asparagus and added roasted red peppers. The peppers added nice color to the dish and the flavor complimented the corn and asparagus. Will definitely make this again.

I made this for my boyfriend as a side dish to Beer Can Chicken and it was a complete hit. Even though I reduced the amount of the ingredients, I still had some left over. To my delight, I discovered that this is a dish that loves to be made the day prior to serving. The vegetables and the dressing marry up well and it's as delicious the day after as the first day, if not more so. I'm getting ready to make it for a dinner party for tomorrow night.

Thanks Paula. PS I followed the recommendation of another reviewer and added a little red bell pepper for a splash of color. Very pretty.

We love this recipe, we added thinly sliced radishes to it for both the color and a bit of a flavor kick. I have also found I don't use all of the dressing, as it tends to pool on the bottom of the bowl and is just more than necessary.

My family fell in love with this recipe. I made a few adjustments such as adding some oil and lemon juice to the dressing plus with my mother being diabetic we used Splenda instead of regular sugar but other than that I give this one a thumbs up. Will definitely use this one again

I had this dish in Paula's restaurant and was ecstatic to find this recipe online. halved everything everything the onion (I used a little more than half. I didn't find it too sweet at all - but the perfect balance for a nice summer meal. I used rice vinegar and it tasted the same as it did in Paula's restaurant! My boyfriend went back for 2nds AND 3rds...
